  • 1 cup dried lentils (rinsed)
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pot until softened.
